London – because it’s London!
His Dad initially. He spent his initial years in office space consultancy as a Central London office space agent. After closing a deal in a serviced office by sheer chance, he realised there was a huge gap in the office space market. No one was focused on flexible offices. This led him to establish the first-ever property agency that specialised in representing tenants seeking flexible/serviced office space in 1993.
1n 1993, he founded Office Freedom, the first-ever commercial property consultants to specialise in flexible and serviced offices. They have placed over 38,000 clients and have coverage in over 1,000 cities in over 100 countries.
Over the years, they have perfected a seamless process that makes them perfectly placed to assist on all types and size of requirements and companies—everyone from start-ups to large corporations.
Mark Dixon. He’s the founder of IWG (Regus, Spaces), a global network of flexible workspaces. It all started from noticing local business people were conducting meetings around small tables at local coffee shops. From there, he started Regus in 1989. Today, the business is valued at over £3.5B and an impressive global business community.
